Design and Technology

Design and Technology is hugely practical and creative, our DT curriculum develops our children’s build knowledge and gives them the freedom to express their ideas, enabling creativity and design to come together.

It is our aim to enable our pupils to:

• develop their individual creativity;
• to understand how to research and use detailed drawings to explain their ideas;
• to critique and self-evaluate their own ideas and ideas of others;
• to understand the principles of nutrition and learn to how to cook.
